Rhoda Garrett 
Rhoda was born on November 24th, 1769.1 Rhoda's father was Edward II Garrett and her mother was Ann West Ousley. Her paternal grandparents were Edward I Garrett and Elizabeth Catlett. She had eight brothers and six sisters, named John, William, Nicholas Ware, Jesse, Sr., James, Stephen, Hosea, Edward III, Elizabeth, Frances Fannie, Dorcus, Mary, Martha and Irene Kiziah. She was the seventh oldest of the fifteen children.-
