Elizabeth Catherine was born about 1362 in Dundonald Castle,Ayrshire,Scotland.  Elizabeth Catherine's father was King Robert II Stewart Of Scotland, Earl Of Atholl and her mother was Euphemia Ross.  Her paternal grandparents were High Steward Walter Stewart Of Scotland and Princess Marjory De Brus Of Scotland; her maternal grandparents were Earl Hugh Ross and Margaret Graham. She had a brother and two sisters, named David, Isabel and Edigia Egidia Jill.  She was the second youngest of the four children. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Robert John III, Robert, Alexander, Margaret, Jean (Joan) and Elizabeth.  She died in 1446 in Crawford,Clydesdale,Lanarkshire,Scotland.
