Euphemia was born about 1332 in Fearn,Ross and Cromarty,Scotland.  Euphemia's father was Earl Hugh Ross and her mother was Margaret Graham.  Her paternal grandparents were Earl William Ross and Euphemia De Baliol. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named William, Marjorie Maud and Margaret.  She died in 1387 in Dundonald Castle,Ayrshire,Scotland.1

‌Euphemia and Robert II were married in a religious ceremony on May 2nd, 1355 in 2nd husband 2nd wife - papal dispensation date.1   They had a son and three daughters, named David, Isabel, Elizabeth Catherine and Edigia Egidia Jill.
