Walter II was born in 1230. Walter II's father was Richard De Burgh and his mother was Egidia De Lacy. His paternal grandparents were Earl William De Burgh Of Ulster and Maud Plantagenet. He was an only child. He died at the age of 41 on July 28th, 1271.-
