Thaddeus Coleman Toler 
Thaddeus Coleman was born on September 2nd, 1844 in Warren Co., IL. Thaddeus Coleman's father was William Payne Toler and his mother was Mariah Anderson Taliaferro. His paternal grandparents were Anderson Toler and Lucy Smith; his maternal grandparents were Robert Brooke Taliaferro and Cecelia A. Ellett. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Robert Anderson, William Brooke, Zerriah Smith, Benjamin Alpheus, Edwin Philetus, Milner M., Lucy Ann, Bertha Payne, Mildred Ora and Ida Ellen. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 75 on March 16th, 1920.-
