Milner M. Toler 
Milner M. was born on July 24th, 1856 in Oquawka, Henderson Co., IL. Milner M.'s father was William Payne Toler and his mother was Mariah Anderson Taliaferro. His paternal grandparents were Anderson Toler and Lucy Smith; his maternal grandparents were Robert Brooke Taliaferro and Cecelia A. Ellett. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Robert Anderson, William Brooke, Thaddeus Coleman, Zerriah Smith, Benjamin Alpheus, Edwin Philetus, Lucy Ann, Bertha Payne, Mildred Ora and Ida Ellen. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 80 on February 24th, 1937 in Waterville, Douglas Co., Washington.-
