Cecelia A. was born on January 14th, 1795 in Goochland Co., VA. Cecelia A.'s father was Benjamin Ellett and her mother was Mary Anderson. Her paternal grandparents were William Ellett and Elizabeth Turner; her maternal grandparents were William Anderson and Cecilia Ellett. She was an only child. She died at the age of 65 in 1860 in Henderson Co., Illinois.-
