William Payne Toler

William Payne was born on June 17th, 1809 in Richmond, VA.  William Payne's father was Anderson Toler and his mother was Lucy Smith. He had two brothers and a sister, named Robert S., Thomas S. and Mary Ann.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 65 on January 20th, 1875 in Rozetta, Henderson Co., Illinois.
