Robert Beverley 
Robert was born on July 30th, 1766 in "Blandfield", Essex Co., VA. Robert's father was Robert Beverley and his mother was Maria Byrd Carter. His paternal grandparents were William Beverley and Elizabeth Bland; his maternal grandparents were Landon Carter and Maria Byrd. He had nine brothers and six sisters, named William, Robert, Burton, Carter, Byrd, James Mills, Munford, Peter Randolph, McKenzie, Maria, Lucy, Anna Munford, Evelyn, Jane Bradshaw and Harriet. He was the third oldest of the sixteen children. He died at 5 months old on January 14th, 1767 in "Blandfield", Essex Co., VA.-
