Anna Munford Beverley 
Anna Munford was born on January 6th, 1778 in "Blandfield", Essex Co., VA. Anna Munford's father was Robert Beverley and her mother was Maria Byrd Carter. Her paternal grandparents were William Beverley and Elizabeth Bland; her maternal grandparents were Landon Carter and Maria Byrd. She had ten brothers and five sisters, named William, Robert, Robert, Burton, Carter, Byrd, James Mills, Munford, Peter Randolph, McKenzie, Maria, Lucy, Evelyn, Jane Bradshaw and Harriet. She was the seventh youngest of the sixteen children. She died at the age of 52 on January 17th, 1830 in "The Reeds", Caroline Co., VA.-
