Elizabeth Mary Groves

Elizabeth was born in 1839 in Whippingham, Isle of Wight and her christening took place there on October 20th, 1839.¹² Elizabeth's father was William Groves and her mother was Jane Barnett. Her paternal grandparents were James Groves and Mary Chiverton. She had five brothers and two sisters, named James, Henry, Reuben, George, Charles, Jane and Jane. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 35 in 1874 in Whippingham, isle of Wight. She was buried on March 21st, 1874 in Whippingham, isle of Wight.³⁴
