Henry VI de Percy 
Henry VI was born on November 10th, 1341. Henry VI's father was Henry V de Percy and his mother was Mary Plantagenet of Lancaster. His paternal grandparents were Henry IV de Percy and Idoine de Clifford; his maternal grandparents were Henry Plantagenet of Lancaster and Maud de Chaworth. He had a brother and a sister, named Thomas and Mary. He was the oldest of the three children. He died in Battle at Bramham Moor, Tadcaster, Yorkshire, England. He was buried on July 2nd, 1408 in York Minster.General Notes

According to Brian Tompsett, UK genealogist: "Marshall of England. Lord
Percy 4th. The Complete Peerage V.x,p464;V.ix,p708. He was slain and
decapitated at the Battle of Bramham Moor, his head was set up on London
Bridge, and his quarters sent to London, Lincoln, Berwick and Newcastle.

Some sources list his birth in 1342 and his death on 29 February 1408 at
Bramham Moor (in battle).
