Aline was born before 1298 in Bramber or Gower, England. Aline's father was William VII de Braose and her mother is Aliva (Aline) de Multon. Her paternal grandparents were William VI de Braose and Isabel de Clare; her maternal grandparents were Thomas III de Multon and Maud de Vaux. She had a brother and a sister, named William VIII and Joan. She was the youngest of the three children. She had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Peter, Richard, William, Giles and Margaret. She died on July 30th, 1331 in Swansea.General Notes
