Thomas and Mary were married in a religious ceremony on October 17th, 1811 at St. Bartholomew's (Colne) by Curate Philip Abbott and witnessed by Joseph Sutcliffe & James Ellis.1  They had six sons and six daughters, named Thomas, John, William, Robert, Edward, Dinley, Margaret, Mary, Sarah, Sarah, Alice and Caroline.
