From 3-Oct-1794 to Oct-1815 the Walmsley Meeting House records are missing.  However, with "Holt" as a given name it is reasonable to assume this is a son of William Mather and Betty Holt, probably baptised at Walmsley.  However, Betty would be almost 50 when Holt was born.

Possibly Holt was Thomas, known as Holt.  There is only one Mather death between 1851 and 1861 of correct age.
