Sarah Kitching Smith 
Sarah was born on May 19th, 1822 in Yorkshire.1 Sarah's father was John Smith and her mother was Amelia Patchett. Her paternal grandparents were William Smith and Isabella (Bella) Grimshaw; her maternal grandparents were Ambrose Patchett and Elizabeth Kitching. She had two brothers and four sisters, named John, David, Isabella, Elizabeth, Sarah and Jane. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 64 on February 25th, 1887 in Doncaster.1 General Notes
Sarah married John Foster (27 Sep 1841 at Manchester), and later Joseph Sykes (4 July 1853), both at Bingley.
