David Keighley Smith 
David was born on September 8th, 1840 in Bingley.1 David's father was John Smith and his mother was Amelia Patchett. His paternal grandparents were William Smith and Isabella (Bella) Grimshaw; his maternal grandparents were Ambrose Patchett and Elizabeth Kitching. He had a brother and five sisters, named John, Isabella, Sarah, Elizabeth, Sarah and Jane. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 73 in 1913 in Bradford.1 General Notes
