James Richard Owen

James was born on January 26th, 1914 in Neston.¹

James' father was Edward Charles Owen and his mother was Annie Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Ellis Roberts and Ann (Annie) Jellicoe. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, Charles, Herbert, Joseph, Bertha, Sylvia and Ivy. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 77 on September 7th, 1991 in Barnstaple. His burial was in September 1991 in Devon.²³
