Ann's father was John Millington and her mother was Margaret Youde. She had two brothers and five sisters, named John, Thomas, Mary, Mary, Margaret, Rachel and Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 42 in June 1810 in Hawarden. Her burial was on June 29th, 1810 in Hawarden.²

- Son Samuel's first child was buried at Halkyn (near Bagillt). As a Samuel and Ann of expected age are buried at Bagillt, then this is probably them. Although Samuel and Ann are buried in the 1840s, there is no matching 1841 Census record for them.
  
  In 1851, Ann Williams (74, Wid, Grocer) was still at Hawarden, with her daughter Margaret Williams (35, Unmarried)
