Sarah did not marry John Gregory 1822 in Leigh. That Sarah Mather was already a widow, so cant be this Sarah Mather. It is more likely Sarah a spinster married Thomas Hough a widower in 1825.
In 1841, Sarah (50) and her brother Matthew (45) and his wife Jane and family were at Cheapside, Hyde, Stockport.
In 1851, Saraha Mather, 60, unmarried, born Westleigh, was a Washerwoman in Stockport with William and Mary Lomax.
