Sarah Mather

Sarah was born in 1804 in Bolton and her baptism took place on September 9th, 1804 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Sarah's father was James Mather and her mother was Sarah Makin. Her paternal grandparents were Elias Mather and Margaret Whittle. She had six brothers and six sisters, named William, John, James, James, James, Thomas, Peggy, Peggy, Ann, Ann, Nancy and Ann. She was the nineth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 3 in September 1807 in Bolton. Her burial was on September 14th, 1807 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹
