Robert Mather

Robert was born in August 1795 in Warrington and his baptism took place on September 20th, 1795 at St. Elphin (Warrington).¹

Robert's father was John Mather and his mother was Ellen Cropper (Dierden).  His paternal grandparents were John Mather and Margaret Newell. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Peter, John, Peter, Martha, Margaret, Alice, Alice and Ellen.  He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.  He died at 5 months old in January 1796 in Warrington.  He was buried on January 28th, 1796 at St. Elphin (Warrington).¹
