Mally Isherwood

Mally was born in November 1802 in Quarlton and her baptism took place on November 4th, 1802 at St. Anne (Turton).¹

Mally's father was John Isherwood and her mother was Betty Mather. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Mather and Betty Flitcroft. She had eight brothers and a sister, named James, Thomas, James, John, Harry, William, Richard, John and Betty. She was the seventh oldest of the ten known children. She died at the age of 10 in November 1812 in Edgworth. Her burial was on November 16th, 1812 at St. Anne (Turton).¹
