Thomas Hopley 
Thomas was born in 1835 in Farndon.1 Thomas' father was Samuel Hopley and his mother was Mary Saunders. His paternal grandparents were Charles Hopley and Mary Poovah. He had a brother and two sisters, named Charles, Emma and Ann. He was the youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother named John.General Notes
Thomas, 21 appears on the Iowa, State Census, the only one from England on the page. He apears to be a farm labourer andthough its not certain. Is this him? Age is correct and he's missing from England.
