Ellen Blackburn

Ellen was born in November 1831 at Park Gate and her baptism took place on November 27th, 1831 in Almondbury.¹

Ellen's father was George Blackburn and her mother was Phebe Oldham. Her paternal grandparents were Michael Blackburn and Hannah Eastwood. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Jonathan, John, George, Hannah, Elizabeth and Lydia. She died at the age of 58 in 1889.
