Beatrice was born on November 12th, 1920 in Nuneaton, Warwickshire and her baptism took place on December 2nd, 1920 in St.Mary Abbey Church, Nuneaton, Warwickshire.1  Beatrice's father was John Thomas LONG and her mother was Maggie HALL.  Her paternal grandparents were Robert LONG and Sarah PEARCE; her maternal grandparents were George HALL and Margaret Crowley SHILTON. She had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Stanley, Reginald, George, Grace, Maggie, Lily and Dorothy.  She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 91 in 2011 in Warwickshire.
