Robert Orr

Robert was born on January 8th, 1790 in Wythe, VA, USA.¹   Robert's father was Alexander Orr and his mother was Margaret Peggy Ramsey.  His paternal grandfather was Arthur Orr. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named William, John, James, Andrew, Alexander, David, Patrick, Elizabeth, Mary Polly, Mary Margaret and Nancy M.  He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. He had three half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named William, Hugh, Alexander Jr, Margaret Peggy, Jane, Elizabeth, Martha, Mary Polly, Nancy and Isabel(Lolia)(Ila)Orr.  He died at the age of 56 on December 23rd, 1846 in Auburn, Sangamon, IL, USA.¹
