Elizabeth Orr

Elizabeth was born in 1785 in York, PA, USA.¹   Elizabeth's father was Alexander Orr and her mother was Margaret Peggy Ramsey.  Her paternal grandfather was Arthur Orr. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named William, John, Robert, James, Andrew, Alexander, David, Patrick, Mary Polly, Mary Margaret and Nancy M.  She was the oldest of the twelve children. She had three half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named William, Hugh, Alexander Jr, Margaret Peggy, Jane, Elizabeth, Martha, Mary Polly, Nancy and Isabel(Lolia)(Ila)Orr.
