William IV de Albini 4th Earl of Arundel 
William IV de was born in 1200 in Arundel, Sussex, England. William IV de's father was William III d'Aubigny 3rd Earl of Arundel and Sussex and his mother was Mabel De Meschines. His paternal grandparents were William II le Breton d'Aubigny Earl of Sussex and Maud or Matilda de St. Hilary du Harcouet; his maternal grandparents were Hugh Keveliok (3Rd Earl) De Meschines and Bertrade d'Evreux Montfort. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Hugh, Cecily, Isabella, Colette, Cicely, Maud, Nichole and Isabella. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died about August 1224 in of Belvoir, Lincolnshire, England.General Notes

From 1221 onward ill fortune in the guise of death brought the lordship of Albini to an end. William V was evidently just of age in 1221 to succeed his father, but died three years later without an heir and probably unmarried. He was succeeded therefore by his brother Hugh. [Castle Rising, p. 15]
