William FitzRobert 
William was born about November 23rd, 1116 in Glouchester, England.1 William's father was Robert De Caen and his mother was Maud FitzHammon. His paternal grandparents were Henry I "Beauclerc" King of England and Matilda Atheling Princess Scotland; his maternal grandparents were Robert Fitzhammon and Sibyl De Montgomery. He had a brother and four sisters, named Philip Fitz Robert, Christian of, Mabel of, Maud Fitz Robert and Hawise De Beaumont Of. He was the oldest of the six children. He died on November 23rd, 1183 in Spms. He was buried in Priory, Keynsham, Somersetshire, England.1 1 General Notes
