Harlette was born in 1003 in Falaise, Calvados, France and her baptism took place in Falaise - Dtr of Fulbert the Tanner.1   Harlette's father was Hulbert De Falaise and her mother was Doda De Falaise.  Her maternal grandparents were King of Scotland Malcolm and Queen Of Scotland Aefgifu. She had two half-brothers named Reynald Lord of and John Croy.  She died at the age of 47 in 1050 in Caen, France.  She was buried in Abbey of St Grestain, France.1 1
