Matilda Atheling Princess was born in October 1079 in Dunfermline, Scotland and her baptism took place in Scotland (Good Queen Maud) (Desc. Wm.Conq XIV).1   Matilda Atheling Princess' father was King Of Scotland Malcolm and her mother was Margaret Aetheling.  Her paternal grandparents were Duncan I King Of Scotland and Sibyl Biornsson; her maternal grandparents were Prince Of England and Agatha of Hungary. She had two brothers and two sisters, named David I The Saint King Of, Alexander I King of, Mary Princess Of and Thora. She had a half-brother named Duncan II of.  She died at the age of 38 on May 1st, 1118 in Palace of Westminster, London.  She was buried in June 1118 in Westminster Abbey, London.1 1
