Richard II was born in 0962 in Normandy, France and his baptism took place in France - Aka Richard the Good.1 Richard II's father was Richard I The Fearless Duke Of Normandy and his mother was Gonnor De Crepon***. His paternal grandparents were Duke Of Normandy William and Sporte De Bretagne; his maternal grandparents were Herbastus De Crépon and Cyrid of Sweden. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Count of Brienne Eu, **Count Of Mortain De Corbeil, William, Robert, Hawise of and Emma Princess Of. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named William 1st Count Of, Geoffroy Count, Roger and Muriella. He died at the age of 65 on August 28th, 1027 in Fecamp, S-Infr, France.
