Adele was born about 1004 in France (House of Capet VI Gen.) and her baptism took place in France - Dtr of Robert the Pious.1   Adele's father was II Robert and her mother was Constance De Taillefer.  Her paternal grandparents were Hugh Capet of France and Adelheid Von Saxony; her maternal grandparents were William Taillefer and Adelaide De Anjou. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Henri I Capet of, Robert I, Princess of France and Hadewide.  She died in Flanders - Wife of Baldwin V.  She was buried in Monastere de l'o, Messines, France.1 1
