Adelheid was born about 0952 in Saxony, Preussen and her baptism took place in France - House of Aquitaine (Dukes of VI).1   Adelheid's father was Otto I Emperor Holy Roman Empire and her mother was Adelaide Of Lombardy***.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry I The Fowler Of The Holy Roman Empire and Matilda Countess Of Ringleheim; her maternal grandparents were Rudolph II King of Burgundy and Bertha Of Swabia. She had a brother named Otto II.  She was the older of the two children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Liudolf Duke Of, Luitgarde Of and Richilde of.  She died about 1004 in France - Wife of Hugh Capet (Queen of France).1
