Henry I The Fowler Of The was born in 0876 in Germany and his baptism took place in 0876 in Saxony - Heinrich.1   Henry I The Fowler Of The's father was Otto Duke of Saxony and his mother was Hedwige Empress of Holy Roman Empire.  His paternal grandparents were Ludolph The Great Of Saxony and Oda Billung; his maternal grandparents were Arnulf of Carinthia King of Germany and Oda of Bavaria. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Saxony, Thangmar, Liudolf, Oda of and Dtr Of Otto The Great Of.  He was the second youngest of the six children.  He died in Mensleben, Saxony, Germany.  He was buried in Quedlinburg.1 1
