Ingelger I was born about 0845 in Anjou, France.1   Ingelger I's father was Tertulle Count of Anjou and his mother was Petronille De Auxerre.  His paternal grandparents were Hugh I Count of Bourges and Bava; his maternal grandfather was Hugo L'Abbe Bastard Holy Holy Roman Empire. He had a half-sister named Adele.  He died about 0893 in St Martin, Tours, France.  He was buried in St Martin, Tours, Indre-et-Loire, France.1 1
