William Archie Bridges 
William Archie was born on February 4th, 1892 in Downsville, Union Parish, LA.1 William Archie's father was John William Bridges and his mother was Martha Ada Wilson. His paternal grandparents were William Bridges and Delila Jane Jacks; his maternal grandparents were James Wilson and Martha R. Davis. He had two brothers named Ocie Lafayette and Lonnie Howard. He was the youngest of the three children. He had four half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Thomas Alvin, John William, Jr., Binford, Moody, Myrtle, Trudy S., Marzie Cordie, R. V., Foye, Neola Gray and Janie Ophilia. He died at the age of 89 on August 24th, 1981 in Franklin Co., TX.1 General Notes
