Myrtle Bridges 
Myrtle was born on November 10th, 1900 in Union Parish, LA.1 Myrtle's father was John William Bridges and her mother was Stella Skains. Her paternal grandparents were William Bridges and Delila Jane Jacks; her maternal grandparents were Thomas A. Skains and Bertha Honeycutt. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Thomas Alvin, John William, Jr., Binford, Moody, Trudy S., Marzie Cordie, R. V., Foye, Neola Gray and Janie Ophilia. She was the oldest of the eleven children. She had three half-brothers named Ocie Lafayette, Lonnie Howard and William Archie. She died at the age of 89 in June 1990 in LA.1 General Notes
