Thomas DeCLARE, Lord Of Thomond 
Thomas was born about 1245.1 Thomas' father was De CLARE, Earl Of Gloucester Hertford An and his mother was Maud De LACY. His paternal grandparents were Sir De CLARE, Earl Of Hertford And Glouceste and Isabel Marshall; his maternal grandparents were John De LACY, Earl Of Lincoln, MC Surety and Margaret De QUINCY, Heiress Of Lincoln. He was an only child. He died on August 29th, 1287 in Ireland.1 General Notes
