William Marshal 
William was born about 1146.1 William's father was John Marshal and his mother was Sibyl. His maternal grandparents were Walter of Salisbury and Sibyl de Chaworth. He was an only child. He died on May 14th, 1219 in Caversham, England. He was buried in May 1219 in London, England.1 1 General Notes
