Robert was born before 1200.1 Robert's father was Saire De QUINCEY, Earl Of Winchester, MC Suret and his mother was Margaret BEAUMONT. His paternal grandparents were Robert De QUINCEY and Orabella; his maternal grandparents were Sir Robert De BEAUMONT, Earl Of Leicester and Petronilla De GRANTMESNIL. He had a sister named Hawise.
