Maud's father was John De LACY, Earl Of Lincoln, MC Surety and her mother was Margaret De QUINCY, Heiress Of Lincoln. Her paternal grandparents were Roger De LACY, Earl Of Lincoln and Maud De CLERE; her maternal grandparents were Robert De QUINCY, Earl Of Winchester and Hawise Of Chester, Countess Of Lincoln.
