Arminta Elizabeth Harris

Arminta Elizabeth was born on March 3rd, 1865 in Beaverdam, Hanover Co., Virginia.  Arminta Elizabeth's father was George Washington Harris and her mother was Amazela Frances Sims.  Her maternal grandparents were Pettus Wayles Sims and Sally Thompson Kearsey. She had four brothers and eight sisters, named Solomon King, George William, James Berkley, Chastaine Pettus, Ida Irene, Sarah Jane, Ann Rose, Mattie Lillian, Cora Elizabeth, Florence Amazella, Laura Mae and Mary Inez.  She was the third oldest of the thirteen children.  She died at the age of 3 in November 1868.
