Cora Alice Dalton

Cora was born on September 25th, 1879.  Cora's father was David Nicholas Dalton and her mother was Rebecca Jane Westmoreland.  Her paternal grandparents were Absolom Bostic Dalton and Nancy Poindexter; her maternal grandparents were Alexander Westmoreland and Frances Marshall. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Charles, Marshall, John, Oscar, Alfred, Georgia and Bertha.  She was the third youngest of the nine children. She had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William, John, Robert, Rufus, David, Walter, Frances, Nancy and Margaret.  She died at the age of 79 on January 25th, 1959.
