William was born on October 14th, 1024 in Falaise, Calvados, France and his baptism took place in 1066 in during Norman Conquest, as adult.  William's father was Duke Robert III (The Devil) Normandy and his mother was Herleva de Falaise.  His paternal grandparents were Richard II "The Good" Duke Of Normandy and Judith de Bretagne; his maternal grandparents were Fulbert de Falaise Chamberlain and Doda Of Falaise. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Ralph Count of, Ralph, William, Adeliza, Adélaïde, AdbelahideDe, Adelaide and Adelaide.  He was the second oldest of the nine children. He had six half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Robert, Robert de, Robert, Robert, Baldwin, Baldwin, Emma, Oda (Eudes), Emma, Emma de, Emma and Muriel.  He died at the age of 62 on September 9th, 1087 in Hermentruvilleby, Rouen, France.  He was buried in Abbey of St Step,Caen,Calvados,France.



William's first family with Matilda de Flanders

‌William and Matilda were married in a religious ceremony in 1049 in Castle of Angi, Normandy, France.  They had four sons and seven daughters, named Henry I, Henry I, Henry I, Henry I "Beauclerc", Gundred Princess of, Gundred, Gundred, Adela Princess of, Anna, Adele Beauclerc and Maud Margaret Princess of.
