Emma deConteville

Emma was born about 1030 in Conteville.  Emma's father was Viscount Herlewine deConteville and her mother was Herleva de Falaise.  Her maternal grandparents were Fulbert de Falaise Chamberlain and Doda Of Falaise. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Robert, Robert de, Robert, Robert, Emma, Oda (Eudes), Emma, Emma de and Muriel.  She was the fifth oldest of the ten children. She had six half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Ralph Count of, William, Ralph, William, Baldwin, Baldwin, Adeliza, Adélaïde, AdbelahideDe, Adelaide and Adelaide.  She died about 1080.

‌Emma and Richard were married in a religious ceremony about 1049.  They had a daughter named Margaret.
