Henry I was born in September 1068 in Selby,Yorkshire,England.1   Henry I's father was King William The Conqueror and his mother was Matilda Maud of Flanders.  His paternal grandparents were Duke Robert III (The Devil) Normandy and Herleva de Falaise; his maternal grandparents were Baudouin V Count Of Flanders and Princess Aelis Adele France. He had a brother named Henry I.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died at the age of 67 on December 1st, 1135 in St. denis,Seine-St. Denis,France.  He was buried in Reading Abbey (which he founded).2
