Matilda Maud was born before August 5th, 1102 in London,Middlesex,England.  Matilda Maud's father was King Henry I England and her mother was Matilda Atheling Edith Canmore Scotland.  Her paternal grandparents were King William The Conqueror and Matilda Maud of Flanders; her maternal grandparents were King Malcolm III Scotland and Saint Margaret Atheling England. She had seven half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Robert, Henry, Robert de, Robert, Reginald Dunstanville, Henry, Robert, Annora, Matilda Aethelic, Constance Matilda Plantagenet, Mathilda and Elizabeth.  She died on September 10th, 1169 in Notre Dame,Rouen,Seine-Maritime,France.
