Mathilda of England was born on February 7th, 1101 in London, Mdsx, England..  Mathilda of England's father was King Henry I (Beauclerc) England and her mother was Matilda (Eadgith) of Scotland.  Her paternal grandparents were King William I of England (The Conqueror) and Mathildeof Flandres; her maternal grandparents were King Malcolm III of Scots and Prcs Margaret of England. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Robert Caen of Gloucester, Henry fitz Henry, Matilda or Maud, Elizabeth of England and Maud II of England.  She died at the age of 66 on September 10th, 1167 in Notre Dame, France.
